Apple Cider Smoothie Recipe
Fat Girl Fall!
If you’re anything like me, as soon as the weather drops below 70 degrees, my mind goes straight into fall baking mode. So, in honor of that, here’s a banana bread recipe that I enjoy and hope you will, too.
Ingredients:
An apple
1 cup of milk of your choosing
2 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
Directions:
Cut apple into small pieces
Add ingredients into blender
Start with small amount of milk and add in more to achieve desired thickness
Add additional apple slices and/or cinnamon sticks for aesthetics
