  1. I am slowly cultivating my dreams.

  3. I practice breathing exercises when I feel restless

  4. I take my time to understand my emotions to help me care for myself.

  5. I give myself grace when I make a mistake.

  6. Sometimes, I need quiet time to understand my thoughts

  7. No matter what happens, I am always heading towards my path.

  8. I practice doing things that bring me joy.

  9. My relationship with myself is evolving.

  10. I love myself like a parent loves a child.
