Apple Cider Smoothie Recipe
Fat Girl Fall!
Add a twist to your fall mornings or midday snack with this refreshing and crisp Apple Cider Smoothie. We call it the perfect blend of cinnamon and joy. It's autumn in a blender and your new go-to smoothie.
Ingredients:
An apple
1 cup of milk of your choosing
2 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
Directions:
Cut apple into small pieces
Add ingredients into blender
Start with small amount of milk and add in more to achieve desired thickness
Add additional apple slices and/or cinnamon sticks for aesthetics Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
